Resolve Windows operating systems version proble

The Windows operating system continues to update and improve itself year after year through regular releases of "versions" of the system. The ideal is to get the latest version for your PC to avail of innovations in interface, speed, and security. But despite the supposed continuing improvement of the product, Windows operating systems and windows versioning problems are still common.

Windows versioning problems usually occur when the user tries to update the system from one system to another. Sometimes, important files and settings are not imported properly, resulting in data loss and the impairment of the running of quite some programs. There are also certain programs that run only on a current version of Windows, like Vista or XP, and cannot run on Windows 2000 or NT anymore. The solution would be to get the much-needed version update; or, look for an alternative program which can run on lower OS versions. In some of the cases there are some measure that you can take to run the old programs in latest operating system.

Windows operating system problems meanwhile are usually caused by viruses or malware. The Windows platform is user friendly, but is sadly very vulnerable to attacks by viruses and malware. These culprits often take over Windows registry (the list of settings in the OS) and prevent essential tasks and programs from running properly. The bad thing is that when these things are not prevented, a complete overhaul or re-installation of the operating system is usually required. The good thing is that reinstalling the Windows operating system is quite a cinch.

To prevent windows versioning problems and windows operating system problems, it is important for users to keep their software genuine. Counterfeit installers are usually full of errors which will cause more problems through constant repair and re-installation. The OS installed on counterfeit software also cannot download important updates from Microsoft (the maker of Windows) which can help the PC run faster and safer.

It is also important to keep the PC clean - this entails not just literally wiping and sanitizing the hardware, but also deleting unnecessary programs and files, defragmenting the drive regularly, getting the strongest anti-virus and anti-spyware program, and lessening the use of applications that put the computer at high risk of receiving viruses (such as messenger clients, downloading files, and the like). Do some windows registry cleanup after a period of time you keep the registry status updated and healthy. There are some good and reliable registry cleaners available online, ready for immediate download and able to scan and repair your PC at an instant.
